This coffee comes from Diamanté in La Plata, Huila, Colombia, produced by DiegoCampos alongside his long-time collaborator Derlin Roa. Grown at around 1950 MASL, this washed Pink Bourbon lot is a focused selection from small experimental plantings dedicated to quality-driven variety separation.
The cherries are selectively harvested and washed, resulting in a clean and vibrant profile that highlights the natural character of Pink Bourbon.
