Refund & Returns Policy
At Anamorphic Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality, freshly roasted coffee. As our products are consumables, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, we fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law and your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
When You Are Entitled to a Refund or Replacement
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive:
- Is faulty, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival;
- Is not as described or doesn’t match what was advertised;
- Is not of acceptable quality.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@anamorphiccoffee.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Once your claim is assessed, we’ll let you know whether a refund, replacement, or other remedy is appropriate. If eligible, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
What We Don’t Offer Refunds or Returns For
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products that have been opened (unless faulty)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Shipping Issues
While we take care to package our products safely, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit. Please contact us if you believe your package was damaged in delivery, and we will help you lodge a claim with the courier if needed.
