Shipping Policy

At Anamorphic Coffee, we roast to order and aim to get fresh coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are roasted fresh and typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. During peak periods or special releases, dispatch may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International:
We ship internationally via reliable carriers. Delivery timeframes vary by destination but generally range from 12–31 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

All of our coffees are lightly roasted, which means they continue to develop and peak in flavour well beyond roast day. In fact, many of our coffees taste best after 30 days post-roast. Whether you're receiving your order locally or overseas, rest assured your coffee will still be at - or approaching - its best when it arrives.

We always include the roast date on our packaging, so you can track its ideal brewing window.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your coffee’s journey.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you grant authority to leave your parcel unattended at delivery, Anamorphic Coffee is not responsible for any loss or theft once the parcel is marked as delivered.

Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, please reach out to us at hello@anamorphiccoffee.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived, is damaged, or goes missing, please contact us at hello@anamorphiccoffee.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and help resolve the issue, including assisting with courier claims if needed.
