About us

We’re Kim and Jesse.

Coffee nerds. Constantly on the road.

Our jobs have taken us around the world, touring with bands and living out of suitcases. One of the things that keeps us grounded in the chaos is finding a good cup of coffee in a new city. From early morning espresso in Tokyo to late-night brews in Berlin, we started making a habit of chasing the best beans wherever we went.

That habit turned into an obsession, and eventually into Anamorphic Coffee.

The name comes from a visual art concept where something looks warped until you see it from the right angle and suddenly it all makes sense. That’s how we approach roasting. When you treat the beans right and put in the care, the flavour reveals itself.

We roast in small batches and focus on quality over hype. No gimmicks, no ego. Just really good coffee made by two people who love it enough to build a whole life around it.
